We are a 40 year old family business, entrepreneurial yet conservative. Over an intensive 4 month period, John systematically evaluated our our challenges and opportunities, developed a clear and actionable plan for rapid transformation. We addressed the core building blocks of HR such as our contracts and policies and data, then moved on to addressing hiring practices, culture and our compensation structure with a particular focus on designing sales incentives that drive the right behaviours.
