I founded GrowthHUB in 2016 with a clear purpose, to enable organisations of any size to access common-sense, no-nonsense advice and support that makes a tangible and visible difference. We’ve designed our approach to client engagements in a way that will leave you delighted – delivering value way beyond the project deliverables at a fraction of the cost of using a tier 1 consulting firm as keep our overheads low.

Managing disputes is a natural consequence of having a workforce. However we often see ER as a HR activity in less mature models where Line Managers lack the appropriate training and experience to manage such matters, with legal consequences.
We believe prevention is better than cure, supporting clients in the development of robust employment contracts, policies and clearly documented processes. These steps combine to prevent the majority of disputes occurring.
We offer case management services in the event of sensitive or complex investigations and help you to stay on the right side of the law!

Sale/Purchase Support
When considering acquiring a business, the investor naturally conduct financial analysis to assess value and potential of a business. Yet given the key component of the organisation is always talent, nobody ever looks at the value creation opportunity that lies within a workforce that is not optimised for success – and they rarely consider this post-acquisition too.
We’ve developed a unique approach to valuing unrealised potential (and fat) in the way a business manages talent. We support both pre and post acquisition, working with Private Equity, Private Offices and Asset Managers to identify value creation opportunities.
