The GrowthHUB Group is a specialist management consulting practice, operating across Europe, Middle East and Asia from our Dubai base.

From our origins in HR leadership and digital transformation, today the Group operates at the confluence of the 3 core components of an effective organisation,

  • System  – how the organisation’s assets are configured to deliver performance

We help leaders focus in on the aspects of how their organisation is configured which make a fundamental difference to an entity’s performance. We’ve worked with billion $ startups, right through to restructuring 40 year old family conglomerates and private offices. But we also support the SME sector too – an often neglected segment in the consulting world.

No two engagements are the same, our projects range from supporting entire HR transformations to providing technical / subject matter expertise in focused areas of Human Resources such as strategic workforce planning, organisation development, leadership development and compensation & benefits.

One aspect of our work which is increasingly taking centre stage in projects, is the use of AI and Robotic Process Automation. We’ve pioneered the use of game changing automations across the staffing, education, industrial and logistics fields in recent times, and are constantly developing new use cases in RPA technology.

I founded GrowthHUB in 2016 with a clear purpose, to enable organisations of any size to access common-sense, no-nonsense support that makes a tangible and visible difference to the bottom line.

We’re experienced in all the main job evaluation tools such as Hay, Mercer, Towers Watson, and even design bespoke approaches where it is right for the client.

Organisation Design & Alignment

Although every organisation is different, and there is no set formula for determining the
design, organisational design is a step-by-step methodology which identifies dysfunctional aspects of workflow, procedures, structures and systems.

We work in partnership with some of the biggest and best recruitment and executive search agencies in the world – our partners are a vital part of our business.

We don’t undertake search assignments ourselves, but we do support with the strategic aspect of how your organisation acquires new talent.

We develop your employer brand, identify critical jobs and associated sourcing strategies, assessment of candidates and effective pre-boarding and  on-boarding of new hires to reduce a new hire’s time to 100% productivity

Employee Engagement

Employee Relations & Investigations

Managing disputes is a natural consequence of having a workforce. However we often see ER as a HR activity in less mature models where Line Managers lack the appropriate training and experience to manage such matters, with legal consequences.

We believe prevention is better than cure, supporting clients in the development of robust employment contracts, policies and clearly documented processes. These steps combine to prevent the majority of disputes occurring.

We offer case management services in the event of sensitive or complex investigations and help you to stay on the right side of the law!

Sale/Purchase Support

When considering acquiring a business, the investor naturally conduct financial analysis to assess value and potential of a business. Yet given the key component of the organisation is always talent, nobody ever looks at the value creation opportunity that lies within a workforce that is not optimised for success – and they rarely consider this post-acquisition too. 

We’ve developed a unique approach to valuing unrealised potential (and fat) in the way a business manages talent. We support both pre and post acquisition, working with Private Equity, Private Offices and Asset Managers to identify value creation opportunities.
